Hallo! 

Wie schön dass Du auf meiner Seite gelandet bist!

Mein Name ist Sophie Hübner. Ich wurde im August 1991

geboren und bin im bayerischen Voralpenland

aufgewachsen.

 

Im Juli 2018 beendete ich erfolgreich meine Ausbildung

zur staatlich geprüften Holzbildhauerin, an der Schule

für Holz und Gestaltung in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. 

 

Es dauerte seine Zeit, bis ich dort gelandet bin wo ich

jetzt stehe. Nachdem ich 5 Jahre als Gesundheits- und

Krankenpflegerin gearbeitet habe, spürte ich zunehmend

das Bedürfnis, meinen beruflichen Lebensweg in eine

andere Richtung zu lenken. 

Meine Phantasie, Ideen und das Streben nach einem

feurig,  intensiven, ehrlichen Leben, gaben mir die Impulse,

mich im Kunst-handwerklichem Bereich als Bildhauerin zu

verwirklichen. 

 

Mich interessiert das Leben und all seine Facetten. 

Ich möchte unsichtbares, sichtbar machen. 

Meiner Phantasie Formen verleihen, welche die Kunst

hervorbringen kann. 

 

Es gibt mir die Möglichkeit, das Leben das ich lebe 

noch mehr zu lieben.

 

Was mir die Gegebenheiten des Materials bieten,

die Natur zeigt und lehrt und somit meinen Geist 

beflügelt, kann ich in der Bildhauerei ausdrücken.

Was ich nach außen bringe, hat seinen Ursprung

im inneren. Das ist es was ich am künstlerisch 

gestalterischem arbeiten so liebe und was mich

antreibt! Die intuitive Kraft, fließt dabei automatisch

in meine Arbeiten ein.

Hey there! 

How nice that you landed on my side!

My name is Sophie Hübner. I was born in August 1991 and

grew up in the Bavarian foothills of the alps.

 

In July 2018 i finished my education successfully

to a state-certified wood sculptor, at the school

for wood and design in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. 

 

It took a while until I landed where I stand now.

After 5 years working as a nurse, I began to feel more

and more the need to transform the course of my

professional life into a different direction.

My imagination, ideas and the striving for a fiery,

intense, honest life, gave me the impulses to be in the

arts and crafts as a sculptor. I realized my dream. 

 

I want to make invisible, visible. 

Art gives me the opportunity to create a form out of my

imagination.

 

It gives me the opportunity to love the life that I live 

even more.

 

What the conditions of the material offer me,

nature shows and teaches me, thus inspiring my spirit,

i can express in sculpture.

What I express to the outside has its source inside.

That's what I love about the artistic creative work and

what gives me the power!

The intuitive strength, flows automatically

into my work.
